TMP is anchored by a Costco Wholesale Warehouse, which is completed and open for business. A Wal-Mart Supercenter is presently under construction and will open in November, 2012. While such large-retail establishments with both grocery and retail components normally require a special discretionary approval by the City Council, we successfully achieved a unilateral entitlement for such stores within the overall Bridges site through the specialized guidelines and development parameters we wrote within the approved Planned Area Development (PAD) documents for the project.
Tucson Marketplace is masterplanned for 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, and is anticipated to have three distinct components: a power-center, neighborhood retail center, and a specialty-retail/restaurant/entertainment sector.
Sale and leasing negotiations are on-going for future tenants.
